I’d like to see someone design a hip-looking sticker that we can put on our cars, etc., to promote CC Watchdog. When people see it around Clallam, they’ve eventually get the word that CCW is an OK thing to read and be associated with. It’s a matter of getting CCW in front of the public more and more, a matter of repetition.

Strait signs is selling the stickers for cars...big enough for real advertising!

I'm buying 2 of them, shall I make it 3?

I’m hoping for something about the size of a postcard.

I'll ask if they can do that...

Another great podcast @clallamityjen! “Problems aren’t the problem, they are future solutions,”

The second part of my quote I often forget to mention…”when we take the time to solve them.” The identified problems that is…

Thank you! I knew you’d come through; it’s a great quote!

I like your outline, Jen! The Food Bank is in a bit of a hard spot in discerning who is truly in need and who is just a moocher. Long ago I worked with a woman who used the Food Bank because the food was free. She could certainly afford to pay for her own groceries, but spending money on bar tabs was more important to her. Her friends shamed her for her attitude, but she didn't care.

Thank you, Denise! I understand now that the food bank can’t do that and I don’t blame any organization for not going against the regulations they have to work within. I do blame the able-bodied lazy moochers though for not having either enough pride or shame to change their habits. LOL.

She has something in common with Mark Ozias...he could care less as long as he is headung to his next political appointment...

CJ As you wrote, there are many Alternative Information Platforms that Foster Community Engagement. I personally don’t read anything I have to pay for. The mainstream and legacy news outlets of Clallam County (Sound Publishing) pushes the news at you, whereas blogs and online websites run by independent writers, draws you into the news with the option of personal comments and responses….the latest site you put in here, I found very interesting, to say the least. It is something I've been following with eyebrows raised!!!
