Questionably and Doubtfully
Memes of the Day
Inspired by the Clallam County Watchdog article and podcast: Faithfully and Impartially?
While Mark Ozias comes off as being neither faithful nor impartial in the discharge of his duties as county commissioner, I can’t help but wonder if he is performing to the best of his abilities. If he is, that doesn’t say much for his abilities.
It’s also quite amusing that his oath of office included supporting the laws of the United States. I guess it only applies when a democrat is president, even though a democrat president operates under the same federal immigration laws as a republican president.
One thing Ozias doesn’t ignore is activist girls who have one goal in mind — ruining the county. And he is more than pleased to help them accomplish it.
When it comes to activists who want to stop industry from happening — industry that creates jobs, income, and taxes, which all goes to help people in the county — I’m always left wondering what their deep hatred is for people who want to work and support their families.
If you don’t have cats and have a longing to be ignored this summer, redress Mark Ozias at Mark.Ozias@clallamcountywa.gov.
If you need help figuring out what to write to a public servant, check out my new summer writing podcast series at Clallam County Letters. Every Thursday at 6am will be a new episode with a weekly writing tip and civic-minded inspiration.

It bears reminding that we do not live in a pure Democracy. Our system of Government is a representative Republic. We elect representatives who in turn make our laws and elect our National leaders. In the election years 1824, 1876, 1888, 2000, and 2016 the popular vote was overridden by the USA electoral college. The best way to insure your vote matters is to research and vote for the local representative that best serves your interests. I look for representatives that will not sell my quality of life in exchange for more votes.
Good morning CJ,
My vote goes to Jake Seegers he is running for the same reason I'm voting for him
The total lack of representation with the current commissioners...
Mark Ozias has been nothing but a tool for the hateful, wasteful NGO'S that have zero accountability.
Thanks for the memes and please keep it going!
Have a great day all!
