The Revocation & Relocation of Josiah Hill
Memes of the Day + Video
Many thanks to the Watchdog for reporting what doesn’t get reported anywhere else in Clallam County!
His post, Former OMC Doctor Convicted of Assault Now Launches Personal Brand Website, is more disturbing than reporting on what the clown commissioners are up to, but that’s what makes it important news — informing people so they are no longer ignorant of threats in their community, and nearby communities too.
That’s why it feels good to be informed by the Watchdog; because knowledge is power and being aware is the first step.
Welcome to Clallam County, where prosecuting attorneys are corrupt and inept.
Defense attorneys work to get their client the best deal possible, and the local prosecution seems to work with the defense instead of against them.
For what he did, Josiah Hill didn’t get much of a sentence — and he had to pay $700 between court costs and a Victim Penalty Assessment program. Oh, I’m sure that set him back a lot, considering his new personal brand website describes some of his hobbies, including Ironman triathlons which can cost $900 - $1,000 just for the entry fee.
What’s more disturbing than Josiah Hill’s lack of prosecutorial punishment is a TikTok video posted recently from a former HR business partner at Olympic Medical Center named Sheena.
I found it through Instagram and then added my own touches to it; it is now posted on my YouTube channel:
Video Description:
Video features a former HR business partner from Olympic Medical Center in Port Angeles, Washington; she describes what is currently happening with former Washington State M.D. Josiah Hill, whose license was permanently revoked in September of 2025.
She is seeking help with contacting Shoreline Community Church where Josiah Hill now has access to new victims and the church won’t listen to her.
Here are the Stipulated Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law from the Washington State Department of Health regarding Josiah Hill and his license revocation: https://fortress.wa.gov/doh/providercredentialsearch/PDF/228242510.pdf
I created this video and included pictures and resources, in an effort to help. Below are three resources I researched that can be used for warning others about Josiah Hill:
RipOffReport.com — it is free to file reports, including information about lawsuits and sexual assault cases; as of this posting there are no reports filed about Josiah Hill. https://www.ripoffreport.com
Washington Law Center — they represented some of the victims of Josiah Hill; the website states: We encourage anyone who has been abused under the care of Dr. Hill, or has questions about their situation, to contact our office immediately. Equally, we ask that those with information related to Dr. Josiah Hill do so as well. https://www.washingtonlawcenter.com/dr-josiah-david-hill-sex-assault-case-olympic-medical-center/
Google — reviews can be left for Shoreline Community Church and the church can’t remove them; Google has to remove reviews and they only remove them if they violate their policies: https://share.google/naMywUFesiF800Lje
DOH!
Here is some more information I found through the Washington State Department of Health (I love that their acronym is DOH!) regarding the licensing credentials of Josiah Hill, which is not the same as the criminal proceedings.
Fun fact: I was raised on DOH licensure proceedings as a teenage transcriptionist for my father who was a court reporter, and then I covered many DOH licensure proceedings myself once I became a licensed court reporter.
The Provider Credential Search shows that Josiah Hill’s license has been revoked:
Josiah Hill’s license was first issued in April of 2020, and his earliest sexual assault was in May of 2021, roughly eleven months after he was first licensed in this state.
Here is the timeline of public documents from the Department of Health:
The Ex Parte Order of Summary Action from July of 2022
The Statement of Charges from July of 2022
The Amended Statement of Charges from October of 2024
The Stipulated Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law; Agreed Order from September of 2025
Shoreline Community Church:
Not only has Josiah Hill moved on with his new website, but according to Sheena, he has moved on to leading women’s bible classes at Shoreline Community Church where he has access to potential victims.
Sheena also says she has been contacted by women who are concerned about him, and yet no one at the church is listening when she tries to tell them.
In her video, Sheena says she has called the church to warn them about Josiah Hill and they have hung up on her; they have also removed social media comments about him.
While Google reviews may not solve the problem, they can be used to address an issue. Businesses cannot remove the reviews themselves; they can respond to reviews and also report reviews to Google, but the reviews must violate Google policies to be removed.
People do read Google reviews and look at the photos; as a Local Guide Level 7 with over 21 million views of my photos, I believe in using Google for all it is worth.
Here is the link to Shoreline Community Church on Google where people can leave reviews.
Washington Law Center:
Attorneys at Washington Law Center represented some of the victims of Josiah Hill; their website states:
We encourage anyone who has been abused under the care of Dr. Hill, or has questions about their situation, to contact our office immediately. Equally, we ask that those with information related to Dr. Josiah Hill do so as well.
Washington Law Center has, and will continue to be, a firm that fights for victims against any individual, entity or agency. Not all firms have the resources to pursue these claims. We do.
Here is the link to the Washington Law Center website, which has more information about the case along with their contact information.
RipOffReport.com:
RipOffReport is a great resource and free to use. It isn’t just for consumer issues; it can be used to report on lawsuits and sexual assaults.
What makes this resource valuable is that it allows people to leave information so that when an individual gets searched online, like Josiah Hill, it will be one more link that comes up for people to research — especially since Josiah Hill doesn’t share any of his criminal background or medical license revocation on his website.
As of writing this, there are no reports about Josiah Hill on RipOffReport.com, which means it is an untapped resource and I encourage people to use it, following their guidelines, for all it is worth.
RipOffReport FAQ page states:
ABOUT REPORTS FILED ON RIPOFF REPORT
Our website, www.ripoffreport.com, at its basic level, is a website that provides an open and public forum for free speech. More specifically, it is designed to be a forum for individuals (honestly and accurately) post about their experiences with goods and services provided by individuals and/or companies. We call these postings “Reports.”
A vast majority of the Reports on our website are complaints about being ripped off in some form or fashion. In this way we are a consumer advocates because, through the Reports, we are allowing consumers to educate other consumers about potentially faulty goods, bad service, and/or potential scams. Some individuals will even use the site to warn others about individuals who have, in the Authors eyes, commit some bad acts. The Authors of the Reports are required to create a free profile, and fill out a form with their contact information, including checking a box certifying what they are posting is true, to make their Report. Once the Monitors have reviewed the content for prohibited content (financial information, social security numbers, foul language, etc.) then the Report gets posted and becomes search able via search engines such as Google.
Here’s the link to RipOffReport.com.
(Full disclosure: I have used this website myself with success. The scammer who stole our business logo to create fraudulent reviews on his website found our reports and told us it cost him business, which we didn’t feel sorry about at all.)
I do hope this information helps others. Feel free to share it wherever it can help so others can be armed with a few resources and knowing more about Josiah Hill. Because knowing is half the battle — memeing is the other half.
I hope no one else gets assaulted by this man, and I hope his attorney gets sick of defending him.
Thanks for reading, learning & laughing (when appropriate)!

You turn around stories so fast, and the tech side of things is a lot better than I can do. You aren't just a funny meme-maker, you're a reporter (get ready for Jim Stoffer to say you don't have a reporter certificate!)
